Our lovely clients at Nanny Recruit are looking for caring, experienced, fun and engaging live out nannies to take care of their children on a part time basis.

Candidates should be enthusiastic but understand when to take direction from the parents. Your role as a part time live out nanny will be split between caring for the families children and supporting them through educational play and assisting with the preparation of meals and snacks for the children and occasional laundry duties.

During your role you may be required to support the parents for school runs during term time and occasional babysitting may become available (to be agreed in advance).

Duties include but are not limited to:

• All nannying duties relating to any newborn and children in your care.
• Preparing simple, healthy meals for the children and to assist with any additional support during mealtimes.
• Providing educational play with the children whenever possible to aid their personal development.
• Support the parents in creating and establishing routines.
• Supporting with school runs
• Taking the children to educational clubs and groups to encourage socialising with new children outside of school and nursery.

Specifications:

• Access to your own vehicle is advantageous, but not essential. If you do have a valid UK driving licence it must be clean.
• Experience working with children of varying ages. Previous experience working and caring for newborns is also advantageous.
• Hours will typically be Monday-Friday with varying start time depending on the families requirements.
• You must hold a valid, clean Enhanced DBS check.
• Qualifications in childcare are preferred but not essential.
• Paediatric first aid training is also preferred but not essential.
• Salaries to be confirmed at interview.
