Our lovely clients at Nanny Recruit are looking for caring, experienced, fun and engaging mothers help nannies to support them with the care of their children on a full time basis.

Employed as a mothers help nanny, your role differs slightly to a traditional nanny. A mothers help role is best suited to applicants that are yet to obtain the necessary experience that allows them to be left in sole charge of a child or newborn. However, as the mothers helper you will start to build trust that could turn into a full time nanny position.

Working alongside the mother and caring for the children you will not be required to complete household duties or cleaning tasks. However, day to day you may be needed to support the mother with grocery shopping, school collections and organising laundry. All details of your role will be discussed with you in advance.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the mother with the care of their children
• Assisting with small household tasks such as organising the laundry
• Supporting the mother on school runs and play dates as required

Specifications:

• Access to your own vehicle is advantageous, but not essential. If you do have a valid UK driving licence is must be clean.
• Experience working with children of varying ages. Previous experience working and caring for newborns is also advantageous.
• Hours will typically be Monday-Friday with varying start time depending on the families requirements.
• You must hold a valid, clean Enhanced DBS check.
• Qualifications in childcare are preferred but not essential.
• Paediatric first aid training is also preferred but not essential.
• Salaries to be confirmed at interview.
