Our lovely clients at Nanny Recruit are looking for caring, experienced, fun and engaging after school nannies to support them with the care of their children on a full time basis.

As an after school nanny, your role will be to support the family with childcare and activities during after school hours. These hours will typically be Monday-Friday, starting from approximately 15:30pm and finishing between 19:00-20:00pm. You’ll need to have experience working with children of a school age and have the ability to find fun and creative ways to entertain the children during the week whilst aiding their personal development.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• All nannying duties for children during post-school hours.
• Preparation of simple, healthy meals for the children in your care.
• Supporting the parents on school runs and after school activities as required.
• Light housework such as the children’s laundry.

Specifications:

• Access to your own vehicle is advantageous, but not essential. If you do have a valid UK driving licence it must be clean.
• Experience working with children of varying ages. Previous experience working and caring for newborns is also advantageous.
• Hours will typically be Monday-Friday with varying start time depending on the families requirements.
• You must hold a valid, clean Enhanced DBS check.
• Qualifications in childcare are preferred but not essential.
• Paediatric first aid training is also preferred but not essential.
• Salaries to be confirmed at interview.
